One of the essential aspects of online trading is having adequate funds in your trading account. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the simple process of adding funds to your SAMCO account. By following these steps, you can ensure that you’re well-equipped for your trading journey.

Step 1: Login to Your Account
Begin by logging in to your SAMCO account using your unique credentials, including your Client ID and password. 

Step 2: Click on Fund
Look for the “Fund” section and click on it. This section usually contains all the functionalities related to managing your account’s funds.

Step 3: Click to Add Fund
In the “Fund” section, you’ll find the option to “Add Fund.” Click on this option to initiate the process of transferring funds to your SAMCO trading account.

Step 4: Select Payment Method
Once you’ve clicked on “Add Fund,” you’ll be presented with different payment methods. Choose the payment method that you find most convenient. SAMCO typically provides options like online banking, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, and more.

Step 5: Add Amount and Select Mode of Payment
Enter the amount you wish to add to your trading account. Be sure to double-check the accuracy of the amount before proceeding. 

Confirm and Complete the Transaction
Review the details you’ve entered, including the amount and payment method. If everything appears accurate, proceed to confirm the transaction. Depending on the payment method, you might need to go through an additional layer of security, such as providing an OTP (One-Time Password).

For anyone to start trading or to add more capital, they need to add funds to their trading account. Funds have to be transferred through the bank account linked to your trading account via UPI/ Payment Gateway/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS or via Cheque in favor of Samco Securities.
It is a very simple process. Refer to the below steps to Transfer Funds into your Samco trading account by using the Web Samco trading platform.
To Transfer Funds, please follow the below steps.

  • Step 1 Login into Web Samco (Add URL)
  • Step 2 After Login, click on the “Quick Stats” icon or “Add Funds” button as shown in the below image.
  • Step 3 A. Once you click on the Quick Stats icon you will get the Transfer Funds option button.
    • You able to see the “Transfer Funds” option button
    • Click on the “Transfer Funds” tab then a new tab will open for the selection of Segments and payment modes.
  • Step 3 B. Once you click on the “Add Funds” tab then a new tab will open for the selection of Segments and payment modes.
  • Step 4 You can see the Segment, Bank Name, Transfer Type(Net Banking, UPI), and enter the Amount boxes.
  • Step 4 There are two types of funds transfer
    1. Net Banking
    2. UPI
  • Now we can check the steps How to transfer funds via “Net Banking” Mode
    • Select the “Segment” as your trading requirement capital.
    • Select the “Bank Name” (If have multiple bank account link with Samco trading account then choose the bank for fund transfer)
    • Confirm the “Account number
    • Select Funds transfer mode is “Net Banking
    • Enter the amount for trading

    Click on the “Submit” button    After Click on the “Submit” button you will merchant reference for this Transaction id then Click on “OK” After click on “OK” you have redirected to the Bank Net banking login page. Fill in the details and complete the transaction.

For all the above process you can check your Todays Fund transfer amount under the “Quick Stats” tab in “Payin Today
Now we can check the steps How to transfer funds via “UPI” Mode

  • Select the “Segment” as your trading requirement capital.
  • Select the “Bank Name” (If have multiple bank account link with Samco trading account then choose the bank for fund transfer)
  • Confirm the “Account number
  • Select Funds transfer mode is “UPI
  • Enter the UPI ID /VPA ID  and the UPI ID should be linked to your registered bank account. Please ensure that the payment is made from your registered bank or else the payment would be rejected.
  • Enter the “Amount” for trading
  • Click on the “Submit” button
  • Open the UPI app (BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe, etc) which UPI ID you used for the transaction, and approve the transaction. You will get the notification for the amount collected by Atom Technologies.
  • To complete this transaction, you need to enter your six/four-digit UPI pin and your fund will be transferred successfully.
  •  
  • After getting the ‘Success’ message in the UPI app, you will see the same success message from Samco. This web page might take a couple of seconds to reflect the transaction status, so don’t close this page in the processing period.
  • After completion of all the above-mentioned processes, now you will see your transferred fund in Quick Stats under Payin Today.
  • Note :
    1. The amount entered by you in the amount field should be between 51To Rs.1,00,000 Max in UPI.
    2. Ensure that the new transfers are made only from the UPI’s collected request and NOT made using SAMCO’s VPA (For E: UPI ID- Atom@Hdfcbank). If you make a transfer using Samco’s VPA directly, the money won’t reflect in your balance and you will have to raise a ticket for the credit or refund.

For anyone to start trading or to add more capital, they need to add funds to their trading account. Funds have to be transferred through the bank account linked to your trading account via UPI/ Payment Gateway/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS or via Cheque in favor of Samco Securities. Gone are the days where it took 3-5 days for payment transfer into your trading account and by that time you would probably also have missed your buying opportunity. With technical advancements, NACH Mandate, payment gateways, etc, immediate payments within mere seconds are now possible.
Introducing Pay in / Transfer funds in your trading account; it is a very simple process. Refer the below steps to transfer funds into your Samco trading account. 
There are multiple ways you can introduce funds into your trading account:

  1. Instant transfer through UPI.
  2. Fund transfer via payment gateway.
  3. Depositing funds through RTGS/ NEFT/ IMPS.
  4. Depositing funds to your account by way of cheques.

Instant Fund Transfer Through UPI:

Follow these few steps for a successful UPI transaction via the Samco app:

  1. Navigate to the Accounts menu in the Samco App.

 2. Click on Manage Funds, then Transfer Funds.

3. On the gateway page, select the Segment, Bank Name, Transfer Type (UPI), and enter the amount.

 4. Enter your UPI ID / VPA ID and submit (UPI ID should be linked to your registered bank account). Please ensure that the payment is made from your registered bank or else the payment would be rejected.
5. Open the UPI app (BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe, etc) and approve the transaction. You will get the notification for the amount collected by Atom Technologies.

    6.  To complete this transaction, you need to enter your six/four-digit UPI pin and your fund will be transferred successfully.

After getting the ‘Success’ message in the UPI app, you will see the same success message from Samco. This web page might take a couple of seconds to reflect the transaction status, so don’t close this page in the processing period.
After completion of all the above-mentioned processes, now you will see your transferred fund in Quick Stats under Payin Today.

Note: 

  1. The amount entered by you in the amount field should be between Rs.51 To Rs.1,00,000 Max in UPI.
  2. Ensure that the new transfers are made only from the UPI’s collected request and NOT made using SAMCO’s VPA (For eg: UPI ID- Atom@Hdfcbank). If you make a transfer using Samco’s VPA directly, the money won’t reflect in your balance and you will have to raise a ticket for the credit or refund.

Instant Fund Transfer Through Payment Gateway:

Follow these simple steps to transfer funds through payment gateway using the Samco NEST Trader (Desktop EXE application)

  1. Login to your NEST trading software.

    2. Click on the “Secure URLs” option at the top in the menu bar.

 3. On the payment gateway window, select the Segment, Bank Name, Transfer Type (Net Banking), and enter the amount.

Once you click on the Submit button, you will be redirected to your linked bank’s login. Initiate the fund transfer and the submitted amount will immediately reflect in your trading account.

You can also transfer funds via the Payment Gateway from the Samco Web platform and Samco app.

Fund Transfer through Samco Web:

Follow these 5 steps to transfer funds through payment gateway using the Samco web (browser application)

  1. Login to your Samco Web browser application with your user ID and password.
  2. Navigate to Quick Stats on the top right-hand corner of the application window and click it.

       3. On the quick stats pop-up, click on the Transfer Funds button.
       4. On the payment gateway window, select the Segment, Bank Name, Transfer Type (Net Banking), and enter the amount.

Once you click on the Submit button, you will be redirected to your linked bank’s login. Initiate the fund transfer and the submitted amount will immediately reflect in your trading account.
When you transfer funds via the payment gateway, payment gateway charges and applicable service taxes shall be applicable.

Depositing funds through your bank account Via RTGS/NEFT:

You may also transfer funds via NEFT or RTGS, All you need to simply do is add Samco Securities / Samco Commodities as your beneficiary in your Net Banking transfer option. Once the beneficiary is added, you may transfer funds to your trading account by logging in to your net banking. Below are the details for depositing funds through your bank account.
Samco has simplified the process of transferring funds via RTGS and NEFT to your trading account by the introduction of a virtual personalized bank account number for transferring funds.

  • For transferring funds to the Equities Segment:

For Equities, F&O and Currencies

  • For transferring funds to the Commodities Segment:

In place of the Samco Bank Account number, mention ZSCOMMCLIENTCODE (No Spaces)
For Instance, if your client code is RP30453 then in place of the Bank Account Number, Simply mention ZSCOMMRP30453
Account Name: Samco Commodities Limited

Depositing Funds to your account by way of Cheques:

In case you wish to deposit funds via a cheque, please issue the cheque in the favor of “Samco Securities limited” or “Samco Commodities limited”. The following are the details for transferring funds by issuance of a cheque.

For Equities, F&O, and Currencies:

Cheques to be drawn in favor of “Samco Securities Limited”
Time – 3 to 4 working days depending on your bank
Cost – Free

The process of transferring shares from one Demat account to another differs based on whether the receiver has a CDSL or an NSDL Demat account.

If your share transfer is to “CSDL to CDSL” Demat account:

You can use CDSL easiest to transfer shares online to a different CDSL demat account.

Step 1- Register to CDSL EASI

What is CDSL Easi and how to register for it?

CDSL Easi is a portal by Central Depository Services (CDSL) where demat holdings can be viewed, tracked and downloaded.

To register for CDSL Easi, follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://web.cdslindia.com/myeasitoken/Registration/EasiRegistration
  2. Under BO ID, enter the 16-digit demat ID.
  3. Under Password, enter PAN along with the date and month of birth and click on Continue.  For example, if the PAN number is ALWPG5809L and the DOB is 25-03-1993, enter ALWPG5809L2503.

4.  Enter the OTP sent to the registered email ID or mobile number and click on Continue.

5. Enter a username, password, and security question and click on Continue.

6. If multiple demat accounts are held by the same account holder, the demat ID of the accounts can be entered and grouped together. By grouping the demat IDs, multiple demat accounts can be accessed using a single user ID. Click on Continue, and the registration will be successful.

Step 2- Register/ Upgrade to Easiest

How to upgrade from MyEasi to Easiest?

To upgrade from Myeasi to Easiest, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Myeasi by visiting  https://web.cdslindia.com/myeasi/Home/Login
  2. Click on Miscellaneous and then on Upgrade BO ID to Easiest.

3. Select Trusted account (PIN) as the Account Type, agree to the terms and conditions and click on Submit.

4. Enter the trusted BO ID of the demat account to which the securities are being transferred and click on Submit and verify OTP

5. Post successful registration, download authentication form from cdsl website. Submit duly signed and filled authentication form via raising a ticket through samco website.

Step 3- Transfer Shares

How can I transfer shares from my Samco account using CDSL Easiest?

Once you have registered for easiest, you can follow the following steps to transfer shares:

1. Log in to CDSL Easiest and select ‘Setup’ on the Transaction section.

2. On this page, you need to select ‘Bulk Setup’

3. You need to select ‘Transaction’ and enter the execution date and enter the Beneficiary owner ID(BOID), you need to transfer the shares. 

4. You need to select the ISIN. When you click on Account ISINs, you can see a list of all the ISINs in your holdings. Select the ISIN and enter the quantity and select the reason for trade from a list given.

5. You can see the ISIN details here. Now, you need to click on ‘Submit’ to set up.

6. On submission, you will get this message. Next, you need to verify your request.

7. Click on verify

8. You should click on ‘Commit’

9. Enter your CDSL easiest PIN. This is not your 6-digit numeric CDSL TPIN . It is an 8-digit alphanumeric PIN that you would have received on your registered email id when you registered on CDSL easiest.

With this, your share transfer request is submitted.

This is now sent to your DP for confirmation. On confirmation, the request is approved and the transfer will be done.

Post Successful authentication, the share will be transferred to your trusted Demat account within working 24 hours.
